On a phone or smaller screens: If you see a menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper right-hand corner, tap it to check for the "Log In" option. If you see "Log In," you're not logged in and will need to log in.
Ensure You're Using the Correct Email
If you’re logged in but still don’t see the course content, make sure you're using the same email address you used when purchasing access.
If needed, check your email for login details and try logging out and back in.
Confirm Your Purchase
If you just purchased access, check your email for confirmation. It may take a few minutes for the system to update, so please allow some time.
